Amber’s Meijer Trip: 56% Savings

 

 

 

 

I headed out to Meijer this morning to pick up a few of this week’s deals. Here’s how my trip went:

Purchased:

4 – Magnum Ice Cream Bars @ $3.50 each
2 – Nestle Nesquik Powder Packs @ $0.99 each
2 – Smuckers Toppings @ $2.00 each
2 – Lays Potato Chips @ $2.19 each
1 – 24pk Pepsi @ $4.98
2 – Huggies Wipes @ $2.00 each
2 -  Pampers Wipes @ $2.00 each

Coupons Used:

2 – $2/1 Magnum Multi Pack Printed Coupon (NLA)
1- $1.50/2 Magnum Ice Cream (coupons.com)
2 – $0.50/1 Nestle Nesquik (5/20/12 Tribune – SS)
2 – $0.50/1 Smuckers Toppings (6/10/12 Tribune – RP)
2 – $0.50/1 Huggies Wipes (6/17/12 – Tribune – SS)
2 – $0.50/1 Pampers Wipes Printed Coupon (NLA)

I did two separate transactions. The first was the 4 Magnum Ice Cream Bars and 1 Smuckers Topping. There was a $2.00 catalina on the Magnum and I had an mPerks coupon for the Smuckers. My second transaction included everything else and I used the $2.00 catalina from my first transaction.

The total out of pocket for this was $24.00, and I saved $31.09 for a savings of 56 percent!
